2025-2026 Scholarship Recipients

Meet the outstanding students awarded NPEC scholarships this year.

The North Plains Electric Cooperative Member/Director/Capital Credit Scholarship Fund

For high school or college students who are active members or are dependents of active members and that reside with the member of the North Plains Electric Cooperative. Applicants can attend any university or school of their choice and can major in any field. Recipients must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5.

County: Hansford, Ochiltree, Lipscomb, Hutchinson, Roberts, Hemphill, Wheeler
High School/College: Both

Deadline is March 6, 2026.

Mark W. Schwirtz Employee Memorial Scholarship and the Directors' Memorial Scholarship is quickly approaching! 

These scholarships present a fantastic opportunity for Members and Member-Consumers to receive financial assistance for their educational pursuits.
