The business and affairs of the Cooperative is managed by a Board of nine (9) Directors. The Board shall exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative except such as are by law or by the Cooperative’s Articles of Incorporation by By-laws conferred upon or reserved to the members.
Board Directors meet the third Thursday every month.
